Unipods is looking for a BIM MEP Modeler with solid experience in AutoCAD, Navisworks and Revit MEP, to be based in Ras Al Khaimah.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supports the Design Team in developing the ongoing projects at Concept, Schematic and Detailed stage, assuring full drawings accuracy
- Coordinate the project within the BIM strategy
- Handles the preparation of drawings for all stages of projects
- Builds the project according to BIM strategy and coordinate with the BIM manager;
- Following reviews, incorporates all comments in work, assuring consistency in all drawings.

**Technical skills**:

- Must be competent in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks (is a plus)
- Has a detailed understanding of the various stages, scopes and deliverables of a project
- Developing a good level of experience and understanding of building construction, codes and regulations, and obligations of architect of record
- Engineering sensitivity

**Education and background**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2 or 3 years of work experience

- Positive attitude towards teamwork

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
