Job Responsibilities:

- Use computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) tools and software, as well as building information modelling (BIM), to create design and construction drawings.
- **Expert level in Revit and 2D CAD Autodesk Software**:

- Shop drawing preparation to LOD 500
- Service clash identification and resolution of clashes with other services in BIM.
- Provide visual walk through for individual MEP service and architectural details.
- The drawings follow ordinances such as zoning laws, building codes and fire regulations.
- **Preparation of working drawings, shop drawings and details according to our methods including: Floor plans, elevations, Construction Details, Furniture layouts.**:

- Knowledge of local, legal requirements and code compliance Review drawing.
- Relevant drawings for DM, DCD and DEWA approval
- Prepare detailed shop drawings by doing a thorough site survey and capturing the levels and details of each and every services very accurately.
- Produces all shop drawings, details drawings, sections, elevation, plan, Isometric, sketches, typical detail, etc and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
- Assesses and meets client requirements through regular meetings and workshops
- Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
- Selects design strategies and colour palettes to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments
- Review/complete all quantity take-offs for projects ranging from conceptual estimate to definitive estimate.
- A very good knowledge on MEP design for overall design and shop drawings. Excellent grasp of engineering and design principles
- Maintain documentation for efficient drawings storage and retrieval.
- Operate and maintain the health of plotter & copier machines, which are relevant to drawing office
- Qualifications:

- **Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or ITI - Draftsman**:

- **With at least 3 years work related experience in an Electromechanical Construction or Interior Fitout company in UAE**:

- Auto CAD 2D & 3D.
- Proven Track Record on completing projects.
- Overall 5 years’ experience, out of which minimum 3 years in Middle East in well-established MEP and interior companies.
- Employment Contract duration shall be for minimum 2 years (renewable)

- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and handle target datees and flexibility to work long hours, if situation demands
- Highly detailed and organised in work.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural and diverse team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to act and operate independently with mínimal daily direction from manager to accomplish tasks.
- MS Office Packages, BIM and 2d CADD with optional 3D Max, SketchUP experiences

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
