**Strategic Marketing Manager for digital bank**

**Summary**:
The Strategic Marketing Manager develops and oversees the creation and execution of direct marketing strategies and campaigns, focused on acquisition and retention of customers. The Strategic Marketing Manager will start with the development of marketing strategies. The incumbent will then translate marketing strategies into discrete marketing campaigns and be accountable for measurement plans developed to synchronize with revenue, profit, and strategic growth goals. The Strategic Marketing Manager will interface with all internal and external marketing and business partners to execute initiatives, and monitor initiative performance to identify profitable expansion opportunities.

1. Develop marketing and promotion plans for digital banking products and services, including time deposits, CASA and wealth and be responsible for marketing communications across all publicity channels such as official social medias, online banking, etc.

2. Manage digital banking marketing budget and work closely with product managers on strategic marketing campaigns.

3. Conduct market monitoring on competitor banks' promotions and strategise on tactical marketing campaigns with product managers.

4. Manage content for Facebook and WeChat accounts and prepare monthly marketing reports.

5. Follow up on marketing campaigns and perform post-campaign analysis.

6. Organise customer-facing events (e.g., for wealth and cross-border customers), assist in artwork conceptualisation, liaison with vendors on print and installation and other associated tasks.

7. Manage suppliers and assist with the creative design, preparation, print, installation, and upload of marketing collaterals such as branch TV screen digital posters, brochures, posters, etc.

8. Direct, edit and ensure quality of marketing campaigns. Maintain effective customer response through integrated, segmented direct marketing campaigns.

9. Creates new marketing packages that maintain or improve consumer response.

10. Evolve direct marketing campaigns to meet changing business environment, test results and program objectives.

11. Understand and drive customer behavior through data analysis and industry understanding.

12. Participate in the development and execution of customer market research initiatives that lead toward greater insight into customer response, behavior and perception.

13. Implement systems (in conjunction with internal and external partners), processes, procedures and reporting templates within the scope of direct customer marketing.

14. Work with finance and business analysis to develop business cases for testing scenarios and other new initiatives.

15. Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, or related field or equivalent related experience required. Master's degree will be an advantage.

5 years of experience in a marketing role, in the UAE banking services market, with proven success in the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns required.

3 years of campaign management experience required.

Experience and passion for developing creative and effective direct marketing campaigns through understanding information, results analysis, and finding solutions in an evolving market required.

Must possess excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Must possess the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels throughout multiple organizations.

Must be able to provide cordial customer service regardless of customer personality, presence, or communication style.

Must be able to perform several tasks at once.

Must be able to work in a stressful atmosphere.

Must be able to rotate job tasks.

Must be able to coordinate multiple and changing priorities.

Must be able to occasionally work outside of normal business hours.

**Salary**: AED16,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
