MRM General Trading Co., LLC, was founded with the intent of bringing to the market a new concept of upgraded decorative hardware at moderate prices. We take great pride in our market reputation as a supplier-based trader and importer/exporter of high quality doorknobs, door handle and furniture fittings products. And "Wholesale executives" are something that we're looking for.

**About the Role**
- Behavioral abilities.
- The capacity to interact with people of various nationalities on different levels.
- English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to clearly organize, deconstruct, and communicate complex ideas, thoughts, and instructions.
- Strong capacity to take the initiative and helm customer interactions with assurance.
- Strong project time management skills.
- Capable of separating themselves from tense situations and directing clients toward effective fixes.
- Convincing and goal-oriented.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Establishing business ties and maintain existing ones with suppliers to guarantee a sufficient supply of products.
- Generating and putting into practice marketing plans to promote products and boost sales
- Achieving the daily and monthly goals through stock management plus sales support initiatives.
- Using good arguments to promote products and services to potential customers
- Analyzing the costs and benefits for both current and prospective customers
- Sustain a fruitful business connections to guarantee future sales.
- Understanding of hardware resources or tools.

**Minimum Qualifications and knowledge**

Bachelor's Degree and / or 3-5 years of proven sales or marketing experience

Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in Hardware materials or tools

UAE Experience in sales, especially in _Hardware materials and tools,_ is a plus. Must be Fluent in English.

Prepared: Male - All Nationality and with Car and Valid UAE driving License.
