**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Fluent English.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a creative flair.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- A self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as required during events.

**Responsibilities**
- Digital Marketing:_
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Event Coordination:_
- Plan and coordinate a variety of events, including conferences, seminars, trade shows, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
- Oversee post-event evaluation and analysis, including gathering feedback, measuring ROI, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration and Reporting:_
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with graphic designers, content writers, and other stakeholders to develop compelling digital assets and marketing collateral.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing and event performance, including metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Training Activities:_
- Participates in conducting demonstrations or explaining products, methods, or services to help customers understand the product and services.
- Records demonstration and training-related data to assist in the improvement of future demonstrations and track efficacy of methods.
- Participates in the preparation of training materials and product demonstrations to promote the organization's brand and products.
