**Title**:MEFITPRO Student Experience Specialist

**Purpose of MEFITPRO Training Administrator position**:
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Institute Education department and sales department to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Support the administrative side of MEFITPRO Education partners locally and outside the UAE

**Accountable to**:

- Education Director
- Institute and Education Manager
- Office Manager

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- In charge of MEFITPRO Education registrations, payments, and follow-up.
- Provide course information and answer queries regarding training and dates.
- Prepare all training resources.
- Prepare Trainer's and Presenter's itineraries for overseas courses, modules, and MEFIT Summit.
- Prepare quotations for hosting clubs and follow up on payments.
- Communicate with registered students, and send out training details and schedules.
- Send out training clearance and certificates.
- Work with the accounts department on various information and student data.
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
- Reply to website queries.
- Communicate effectively with the Marketing Department regarding Training FlyerS and Website bookings.
- Follow up with students regarding pending assessments/qualification requirements.
- Update and manage the trainer database to keep our community informed on all courses and events.
- Update and maintain the Education section of the MEFITPRO Website.
- To assist in the growth and development of MEFITPRO in the region.
- Accurate Data entry and follow-up.
- To fill out the Education Team paperwork.
- Assist in organizing the Training and Education Calendar.
- Assist in organizing training location.
- Work closely with the Education Director and Education Manager daily and provide data for training reports.
- Communicate effectively with the Marketing department regarding Training Flyers and Website bookings.
- Maintain the accurate tracking of all equipment/items in the MEFITPRO Training Institute.
- Record and report MEFITPRO Training Institute usage (footfall) on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Main accurate record of MEFITPRO Training Institute Personal Trainers / Partners and members renting the space for sessions. This includes but is not limited to: Membership forms, Agreements, Qualifications, and Trade License (Partners).
- Ensure cleanliness and reinforce health and safety protocols within the MEFITPRO Training Institute.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Completion and Certification rates of students for each course.
- Accuracy of entries & tracking sheets.
- Daily and weekly completion of reconciliations with accounts.
- Accurate follow-up on Courses, MEFIT Summit registrations, payments and
- attendance.
- Certification and Assessment follow-up on time.
