As an Arabic-Speaking Estimator at Al Zaabi Trading, your role will be to accurately estimate the quantities and costs of building materials for customer inquiries and project requirements. You will play a crucial part in assisting the customers by providing detailed and competitive estimates, ensuring their needs are met. Your expertise in building materials, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and fluency in Arabic and English will contribute to successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and review customer inquiries for building materials, including blueprints, specifications, and project details.
- Analyze project requirements and determine the appropriate building materials, quantities, and specifications needed for each project.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and any additional project-related expenses.
- Collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and industry professionals to obtain accurate pricing and availability information for building materials.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all estimates.
- Consult with customers, providing professional advice and recommendations regarding suitable materials, cost-effective alternatives, and value engineering options.
- Prepare comprehensive and organized estimates, including itemized breakdowns, pricing summaries, and any additional documentation required.
- Review and revise estimates as necessary, considering changes in project scope, specifications, or market conditions.
- Coordinate with the sales team and participate in customer meetings or site visits to present and explain estimates..
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, project details, and communication with customers for future reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions and enhance the accuracy of estimates.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and adherence to project timelines.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to estimates, pricing, or material specifications.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide input on pricing strategies, market trends, and competitive analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an estimator in the building materials industry.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills to accurately estimate quantities and costs.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and estimating software.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to review and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to think critically in complex estimating scenarios.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple estimates simultaneously.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with customers.
