Rigging Foreman

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Implemented many modern and safe rigging practices at the firm and proficiently educated colleagues regarding the same.

Performing the regular inspection of all the lifting tools & equipment before the start of each activity.

Complying with all the requirements of the permit and the procedure.

Barricading and maintaining the area for lifting.

Undertaking rigging activities of all lifts according to best rigging practice and techniques.

Performing first line inspection for all lifting tackles to ensure that no damaged rigging

equipment is utilized for rigging activities.

Ensuring that work crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment, and materials in order to prevent the misuse of equipment, materials, and tools.

Assisting the crane operator with the proper location of the crane.

Identifying a hazardous hoisting error and rectified it timely, saving the company from a big loss.

Conducting the Tool-Box meeting.

Preparing the time sheets

Comply to the ISO standards of 9001 & 45001 & 14001.

Ensuring Compliance with Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) Responsibilities as per the given induction.

Adhere to the company’s Management Information System.

**KNOWLEDGE SKILL AND ABILITIES**

Good Communication skills.

Simple working knowledge of English.

Able to lift, pull, push, and climb most of the working time.

Fair Computer knowledge.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: -**
- Completion of Preparatory education.
- 12 years minimum experience in rigging work.
- 7 years of experience in GCC Countries

**Authorities**:

- Assigning daily work activities.
