1. Follow all standardoperating procedures to carry out rigging procedures at theOffshore Loading terminals
2.Direct supervise and guide a team of Riggers to ensure the timelysafe and proper rigging for Offshore loading terminals (SPM s) toconnect or disconnect loading hoses to oil tankers as needed tofulfill the operating requirements
3. Plan the rigging operationsfor each job considering the need for the standard or any specialrigging equipment or gear and the organization of the requiredresources for each job to meet the operational requirements.
4. Ensure that all Riggers handlerigging equipment and gear in the appropriate manner which includesbut is not limited to the following activities to meet theoperational requirement:
5.Select rigging gear such as cables pulleys and winches according toload weight size operational requirement and work schedule to carryout rigging operations.
6. Cleanand dress machine surfaces and components in preparation forrigging operations.
7. Assembleand install supporting structures rigging hoists and pulling gearusing hand and power tools to carry out rigging operations.
8. Control movement of heavyrigging equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces.
9. Test Rigging to ensure safetyand reliability
10. Dismantlemaintain and store riggingequipment

Directsupervise and guide a team of Riggers to ensure the timely safe andproper rigging for Offshore loading terminals (Single PointMoorings SPM s) to connect or disconnect loading hoses to oiltankers as needed to fulfill the operatingrequirements.

RequirementsMinimumQualification
HighSchool certificate (12th standard) with a good understanding of allstandard rigging operational procedures and the safety proceduresand precautions
CompanyStandards for Rigging and related activities
Must be physically fit Must beable to use wireless handheld radios
Must have good seamanship
Basic English Language literacyand ability to speak listen read and implement the standardoperating procedures manual.

MinimumExperience & Knowledge & Skills
At least 2 years as an offshoreRigger.
