- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right method and tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limit.
- Identify the request needs to achieve full satisfaction.
- Stay updated on procedures knowledge.
- Working with other departments to find appropriate solutions.
- Update statistical reports and data analysis.
- System settings of our system.
- Prepare the necessary materials for company.
- Translation of our documents or system.

- _High Diploma._
- _Familiar with CRM systems and practices._
- _Excellent communication and presentation skills._
- _Ability to multi-tasks and manage time effectively._
- _Multi-tasking and organizational skills._
- _Excellent skill in Microsoft office._
- _Excellent in statistical reports and data analysis._

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
