- You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values and bring the Company Philosophy “We Care” to life ensuring our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You will create real connections and meaningful relationships by utilizing collective intelligence from all sources.
- A Wellness Host is entrusted with maintaining the cleanliness of the Beach, Pool and Wellness Area. Though skillfully trained, they never lose sight of their ultimate reasonability, to create lifelong memories for our Residents and their families of One at Palm Jumeirah, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- Your responsible is assisting with beverage delivery, open/closing and preparing the pool area for residents and their families inclusive of the set-up and breakdown of sun loungers and maintaining all areas to ensure our Residents and their families receive a seamless and consistently luxurious experience.
- Sometimes our guests have special requests involving and even special occasions.
- Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Wellness Host you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Lobby Host must communicate with other departments in order to ensure the alignment remains.
