WE ARE HIRING Real Estate Property Consultants (Arabic Speakers Only)

Green Lands International Real Estate is looking for competent & experienced Property Consultants
- for Off plan Properties (Arabic Speakers)* to contribute to generating sales for the company.

Green lands International Real Estate is a specialty real estate brokerage committed to curating and growing the biggest collection of premier properties in the United Arab Emirates, positioning the brand as the brokerage agency of choice for luxury waterfront real estate investments. The company offers property sales, property leasing and investment advisory to broad selection of properties in the Emirates, from apartments with gleaming waterfront views to luxury penthouses and mansions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on current real estate trends and property values.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Guide clients through the process of property transactions, including property showings, negotiations, and contract signings.
- Market and advertise properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking events.
- Stay informed about local zoning regulations, financing options, and other factors that may affect real estate transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of sales success in real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with real estate software and online listing platforms.
- A professional and ethical approach to business practices.
- Driving license and access to own car is prefer.
