As an essential part of our customer service division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to travelers through inbound and outbound calls. Your primary duty is to handle inquiries, bookings, and support requests related to travel with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. With your exceptional communication skills, profound product knowledge, and adept problem-solving abilities, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and delightful travel experience for our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Support: Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing their travel inquiries, and providing detailed information about destinations, packages, and available travel services.
- Booking Assistance: Expertly guide customers through the booking process for flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or problems related to travel arrangements with empathy and the highest degree of professionalism.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional travel services or packages that align with the customer's interests and needs, enhancing their overall experience.
- Payment Processing: Process payments for travel bookings securely and accurately, providing receipts and comprehensive confirmation details for peace of mind.
- Outbound Calls: Proactively make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, confirm reservations, and collect valuable post-trip feedback to continuously improve our services.
- Customer Database Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of customer information and interactions in the Odoo Helpdesk and CRM systems.
- Travel Expertise: Stay abreast of travel industry trends, destination information, visa requirements, and travel regulations to provide customers with the most current and reliable information.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with fellow call center agents, travel consultants, and various departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient approach to customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Additional language proficiency to assist international customers is highly desirable.
- Training or certification in customer service or call center operations.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry is required.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
