**Job Summary**:
As an Outbound Call Center Agent for our Travel and Tourism company, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers to promote travel packages, provide information about destinations, and assist in booking travel arrangements. Your primary goal will be to generate sales leads, increase bookings, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel packages, tours, and other related services.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about travel destinations, itineraries, accommodations, and transportation options.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate travel packages based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
- Process bookings, reservations, and payments accurately and efficiently using the company's booking systems.
- Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, upgrades, and special amenities to enhance the customer's travel experience.
- Follow up with customers to confirm bookings, provide pre-travel information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with other teams such as sales, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and other performance metrics as defined by the company.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new travel products, and company promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner, able to engage customers effectively and build rapport.
- Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, travel regulations, and visa requirements.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle objections, and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the industry.
