**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:

- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
- Prepare and process reports, memos, and other documents as required.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and issues related to laundry services, providing timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring high levels of service satisfaction.
- **Inventory and Supplies**:

- Monitor and manage office and warehouse supplies, placing orders and tracking deliveries as needed.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating stock levels with procurement.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Assist with scheduling and coordinating warehouse staff shifts and activities.
- Support the planning and execution of warehouse operations and logistics.
- **Data Management**:

- Enter and update data related to inventory, shipments, and operational activities into relevant systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and generate reports for management review.

Pay: From AED1,600.00 per month
