**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Substantial expertise in SharePoint development and proficiency in.NET Core.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Demonstrated success in delivering top-notch software solutions.
- Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Minimum Experience**:

- A minimum of 10 years in the IT field, with at least 4 years dedicated to SharePoint and.NET Core development. Power Platform proficiency is highly desirable.

**Job Specific Skills**:

- Develop and uphold SharePoint solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Utilize Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) to optimize and streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions of the highest quality.
- Lead and actively participate in code reviews, ensuring strict adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the SharePoint,.NET Core, and Power Platform domains.
- Document technical designs and processes for effective knowledge sharing and training.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into well-crafted technical solutions.
