ROLE PURPOSE
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in SharePoint and related technologies.
- Integrate SharePoint solutions with other enterprise systems to ensure smooth data flow and interoperability.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions on SharePoint 2019 platform.

Proficient in SharePoint Framework (SPFX) development to create modern and responsive web parts and extensions.

Solid background in.NET Core development, ensuring seamless integration with SharePoint solutions.

Develop custom solutions using.NET Core to enhance SharePoint functionalities.

Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices, code quality, and adherence to company standards.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, processes, and configurations.

Provide advanced support for SharePoint-related issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently.

Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve user-reported incidents and ensure optimal system performance

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Minimum Qualifications:
Strong experience in SharePoint development and.NET Core.

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum Experience:
Minimum 10 years in IT, with at least 4 years in SharePoint and.NET Core development. Power Platform expertise preferred. Job Specific Skills:
Develop and maintain SharePoint solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems.

Leverage Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance business processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Stay updated with emerging technologies in SharePoint,.NET Core, and Power Platform areas.

Document technical designs and processes for knowledge sharing and training.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
