Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to clearly convey the story behind the data to stakeholders at all levels. **What You'll Be Doing**
- As a _**_Business Intelligence Analyst_**_, you will play an integral role in identifying and delivering insights that drive and scale a fast-moving fashion tech scale-up. You'll have the opportunity to serve as a key contributor to a high-growth environment, collaborating closely with the Management Team._

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying opportunities to track and manage performance, contributing towards our various Key Performance Indicators to drive future growth.
- Engaging directly with senior management, front-line operators, and cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of the drivers of Wear That’s business and how to optimize revenue stream drivers, merchandise margin, inventory, and scalability.
- Building, running, and maintaining complex models to forecast various aspects of our business, translating collected data into business decisions.
- Assisting in the analysis, automation, and reporting of both internal and external data to address the most fundamental and critical analytical problems.
- Helping to make operational and strategic decisions that shape the future of Wear That. Serving as a key contributor in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your analytical skills and business insights will be pivotal to the company’s success.

**What You’ll Need To Succeed**
- Technical proficiency and familiarity with tools and technologies like SQL, Power BI
- Proficiency in querying and managing data in Big query - GCP
- Familiarity with A/B testing, basic data science concepts such as precision, training, prediction
- 5+ years of independent and significant project experience
- Experience in building out data models, ETL processes and data engineering capabilities
- Are highly skilled in MS Excel (pivot tables, etc.) and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze data sets and build reports
- Experience in working autonomously and taking ownership of projects
- Strong prioritization skills with business impact in mind
- Retail experience appreciated
