**Role Description**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a full-time Property Consultants. In this on-site role, the Property Consultant will play a pivotal role in the success of our business by effectively advertising properties, negotiating contracts, arranging viewings, and facilitating sales transactions with clients. Exceptional customer service skills are essential as the Property Consultant will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout the process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Market and advertise properties effectively to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to interested parties
- Negotiate terms of sale or rental agreements in accordance with company policies and client preferences
- Coordinate with property owners, buyers, tenants, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and relevant regulations to provide informed guidance to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales or rental process
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage
