**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in Medical Sales.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or fitness industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Sound technical understanding of body composition analyzer devices or similar medical/fitness equipment
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Education: Pharmacists, Chemist, Bio Medical Engineer, or other (relevant) Medical studies.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Generate Sales Leads: Identify and prospect potential clients in the healthcare and fitness industries, including hospitals, clinics, gyms, sports teams, and wellness centers. Utilize various strategies such as cold calling, networking, attending industry conferences, and leveraging existing relationships to generate leads.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and accuracy of the body composition analyzer devices. Effectively communicate the value proposition of the products and address any customer concerns or questions.
- Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend suitable body composition analyzer solutions. Prepare and present customized sales proposals, including pricing, terms, and contract negotiations. Use persuasive selling techniques to close deals and achieve or exceed the sales targets/quotas.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to customers and position the company's products as the preferred choice.
- Market Research and Analysis: Continuously monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information & reporting. Monitor the market for new business opportunities, industry developments, and emerging trends related to body composition analysis. Gather and analyze market data to identify target segments, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies. Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and preferences.
- Training and Support: Provide training and product support to customers, including conducting workshops, webinars, and product training sessions. Assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution, working closely with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and up-to-date sales records, including customer contacts, sales activities, and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the sales manager or senior management as required, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis, forecasts & any other reports required by management.
- Maintain and be updated on all professional and technical knowledge of products & machines.
- Maintain a current and competent level of knowledge on the products & equipment, to be a reliable source of information to our customers, and to close deals.
- Take part in events to market the products such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Punctuality with regard to due dates any requested plans.
- Wear appropriate formal attire and adhere to grooming standards.
- Ability to work with other members of team.
- Focus in sales of all handled portfolio of products or devices.
- Insuring market coverage focusing on all client types/ sectors and covering your allocated sales territory.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- UAE (relevant): 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
