**Position Overview**:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the Medical Center. This role encompasses management of clinical operations, business development, marketing, human resources, and administration. The COO will ensure the effective implementation of systems, processes, and policies to achieve the company's strategic goals and deliver outstanding patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Leadership**: Oversee all daily operations of clinic to ensure seamless, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. Implement best practices across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans that align with clinic’s mission and objectives.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth strategies to expand the clinic’s services and market reach.
- **Marketing**: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance clinic’s brand, attract new patients, and retain existing ones. Oversee digital marketing activities.
- **Human Resources**: Lead HR functions including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- **Administration**: Oversee Administrative functions to ensure the clinic’s smooth operation, including facilities management to maintain a safe and efficient environment, handling procurement of supplies, coordinating with contracted companies etc.
- **Financial Management**:Oversee budgets, optimize resources, and ensure financial performance aligns with organizational goals. Implement cost-control measures and financial reporting systems.
- **Patient Experience**: Ensure a patient-centric approach in all operations, enhancing patient satisfaction and outcomes through continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Compliance and Quality**: Ensure all operations comply with healthcare regulations and standards. Implement quality control measures and drive accreditation efforts.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the clinic's stability and security.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Experience in business development, marketing, and human resources is highly desirable. Bilingual speaker (English and Arabic) preferred.
