**Educational Qualifications**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Min. 2 - 4 years’ experience in liaising and dealing with the approval process for villas, buildings, infrastructure, fit out projects with the specific statutory relevant authorities / stakeholders in Abu Dhabi Emirate
- Have crystal clear understanding of Authority processes, procedures and policies and ensure that these are adhered to during the design submission and review process.
- Broad technical understanding of villas, building, infrastructure and fit out project sub-disciplines.
- Proficient in using CAD

**Other Skills: (can be plus, not mandatory)**:

- Project Closeout preferable, not mandatory.
- Construction Contractual writing skill with fair knowledge of FIDIC Clauses, preferable, not mandatory.
- Ability to handle, review and respond to Contractor Submittals, RFI, SCR preferable, not mandatory.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including external stakeholder.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with high competency in listening and communicating.
- Time management ability, competence in prioritizing tasks and workload, ability to work in fast paced Project Environment

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Authority Liaison Architect: 3 years (preferred)
- Coordinate with all Governmental / Local Authorities: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Abu Dhabi (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
