We are looking for an experienced **Sales Manager **for **Steel Manufacturing Fabrication Industry (Dic-Dubai)**. Applicant must have good organizational skills, able to follow direction and safety rules. Applicant must have 8-10 years (UAE) of sheet metal fabrication material experience / scrap selling. Must work well with others with a team attitude. Responsible for the Business Development aspect for the organization, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
- Contracts review if required.
- Bringing new customers from the market to increase overall sale
- Monthly, Quarterly and yearly forecasting and meeting targets
- Introducing new Business opportunities and revenue from the market.
- Above mentioned KPI might change periodically as per the management decision.
- Company reserves the right to revise the salary with immediate effect without any notice if the targets are not met and the salary will be proportionally issued based on the booked sale.
- Your salary will be strictly as per the achievement of targets.

**Activities**:
Steel Stockiest, Trader, Import-Export, Pipe factories.
Keeping all kind of structural steel used in Oil and Gas, Offshore, Marine, Construction & fabrication industries for manufacturing of Jack-up and floating Rigs, Pressure Vessels, oil tanks, Silos, Skids, Ship Building, Barges, Bridges, PEB Structures, Civil constructions Etc.

Standards: American, British, European, German & Japanese,

Dealing in Plates UB, UC, W SECTION, HEA, HEB, HEA, UPN, UPE, PFC, C-CHANELS, JIS-CHANNEL, JIS
BEAMS, MS PLATES, EQUAL/UNEQUAL ANGEL, PIPES, RHS-SHS(ERW & HOT Finish)
In various grades like ASTM A36, ASTM A572 GR50, S275JR, S235JR, SS400, ST 37-2, ST 52-3 283, Grade,
S355JR JOH J2+G3 J2+N- K2+N- K2+G3, EH36, DH36, A516 Gr 60-65-70, API 2H, ABS etc.
- Acted as a part of team with in the firm during the process of product planning and marketing.
- Worked extensively in Sales & New Business Development and Project Management.
- Taking approval from Consultant for ongoing & upcoming construction project.
- Worked and coordinated with third parties to develop business relations and partnership.
- Prepared strategies as per the market competition.
- Positioned the product in the market per the demand.
- Maintain the stock level as per the demand versus supply.
- Fixed the price of the new products keeping in mind the goals and profitability of the firm.
- Prepared monthly sales forecast, keeping track of the output.
- Assist the sales department in developing sales tools and strategies.
- Trained and explained the sales force regarding product and sales in the annual meetings.
- Assisted in managing the entire sales cycle from the beginning.
- Supported in conducting researches regarding the current and future demand of the products.

**Perform other routine tasks as assigned Requirements**:
Minimum 10+ years (Dubai Market) direct sales experience in the Steel Aluminium Metal Fabricating or Construction industry.

Should have dealt with Main Contractors, Engineering Consultants and have worked in a Sub-contractor firm Knowledge of CAD programs a plus

Should be Sales Oriented and Target Driven

**Qualification**:
Must be Graduate in Business Administration / MBA

**Must have lethal 10 years’ experience in Dubai Market Expert/ Analysis / Target Oriented**
