Imobiliare Real Estate is looking for an inhouse Training having experience in Real Estate industry. As a Real Estate Industry Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, directors and property managers. Your role is pivotal in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and professionalism of individuals within the real estate industry.

**Duties**:

- Create engaging and informative training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and online modules.
- Deliver training sessions in-person or through virtual platforms, covering various topics such as real estate laws and regulations, sales techniques, property management, negotiation skills, and customer service.
- Real estate training including but not limited to RERA training, Listing training for different portals, Bitrix24 training as well.
- Undertake regular organization-wide training needs analysis for our staff build a training plan based on needs.
- Planning and delivering high-quality inductions for new starters.
- Adapt training programs to cater to the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences, whether beginners, intermediate, or advanced professionals.
- Keep track of changes in the real estate market, including new laws, regulations, technologies, and industry best practices, and incorporate relevant information into training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Real Estate Training experience is must
- Developer's experience is a plus
- training in real estate industry, including sales, leasing, property management, and relevant laws and regulations
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, or seminars, preferably in the real estate.
- Verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Strong presentation skills to deliver interactive training sessions and facilitate learning.
- Provide constructive feedback, support, and guidance to real estate professionals
- Flexibility to adjust training approaches and materials to accommodate different learning styles, preferences, and skill levels
- Knowledge of regulations in the real estate industry, including licensing requirements and ethical standards, to ensure training programs adhere to legal and professional guidelines.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
