1. **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends within the metal scrap trading industry.

2. **Lead Generation**: Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry forums.

3. **Client Visits**: Schedule and conduct company visits to potential clients for the purpose of understanding their requirements, presenting company capabilities, and building strong business relationships.

4. **Negotiation and Contracting**: Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing. Prepare and finalize contracts ensuring alignment with company policies.

5. **Customer Follow-up**: Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and explore opportunities for additional business.

6. **Sales Strategies**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize business growth.

7. **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution of contracts and delivery of services.

8. **Industry Networking**: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network and stay informed about industry developments.

9. **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- business development manager: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales and marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- CRM: 2 years (preferred)
