Company based in the UAE with multiple manufacturing verticals and mainly active in the production and distribution of **Solvents, Thinners, Cosmetic raw materials, Adhesives, lubricants, Plasticizers and many more petrochemicals & their downstream products**.The company owns and operates one of the only solvents refining and esters manufacturing unit in UAE from its flagship location in Ras Al Khaimah with Production capacity of 40,000 MTPA.

It includes an Oil Blending and Packaging unit, where in the group’s multiple lines of products in Lubricants, Oilfield and Cosmetics sectors are produced and packaged for exports worldwide.

It owns and operate a Bulk Liquid Chemicals Storage Terminal with a storage capacity of 50,000 CBM. This terminal is mainly used for the inhouse logistics support for the groups import of key raw materials of its verticals and trading and distribution functions. This terminal is fully equipped with the class 3 certification for storing hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals, loading and offloading ships, barges through dedicated pipelines and has a completely automated drums filling and ISO tanks loading and discharging facilities.

**Required Skill**

Ø Must have experience as a Plant head with a complete knowledge on production plant operations with fixing wear and tear, new parts purchase, and maintenance of the machineries.

Ø Must be aware on the following managerial functions

1. Production Process -Continuous, Semi Continuous and Batch Process of Chemicals, Petrochemicals and Lubricants

2. Utilities: Boiler operation, Cooling Tower, Turbine and DG operations

3. Production Control

4. Human Resources: End to End recruitment of Plant manpower requirement and managing the existing manpower on effective manner.

5. Sales: Managing sales staff for the movement of finished materials and make sure the sales staff achieving the sales target.

6. Storage and warehousing: Should have knowledge on Bulk storage of chemicals and Tank Farm operations of raw materials and finished products.

7. Shift Management: Must have experience in scheduling and assigning the duties and responsibility to Shift In-charge and operations management.

8. Procurement of Raw Materials: Timely intimation to the procurement/sourcing manager on the raw material availability the production and intimation to the procurement team for the raw material requirement. As well as responsible for the complete procurement of the plant including fuel, mechanical, office stationeries, Admin etc.

9. Expense Management/Cost Control: Must look after the OPEX/CAPEX for the plant and make a budget for the operating and controlling the day-to-day overhead expenses relating to the entire plant.

10. Plant Activities: Must have a complete knowledge on the plant activities LOCKOUT/TAGOUT procedure and should take care of plant maintenance while shut down.

11. Dispatch & Transportation and Logistics: Must have experience in dispatching the finished product locally and internationally and the documentation related to the shipments, And operation related to filling of drums, ISO Tanks, IBC etc. And preparing SOP for all the department.

12. QC Department: Must have experience in the quality control department related to different testing methods, formulation of petrochemical products and GMP/GLP related to the manufacturing /Lab management.

13. Environment Health and Safety: Must have knowledge on health and safety requirements of production plant of dangerous and Non-dangerous chemicals and should have knowledge on chemical handling, firefighting training, audit related to ISO and GMP.

14. Finance: Should have experience in finance and accounts function ,in regards to monthly P&L report and ascertaining the financial position of the company.
