As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers who visit Synergy Healing Centre or contact point to learn about Synergy products and services.

To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is a customer service role. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.

Ultimately, you will help boost our reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper therapy/treatment room and inform the assigned Therapist of their arrival
- Complete the online registration process for new clients
- Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
- Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
- Inform clients about new services and discounts
- Update client records/profiles with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Order business cards, brochures and stationery as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist in a wellness centre/ Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment, computer literate
- Familiarity with processing transactions
- Solid organisation and record-keeping skills
- An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
- High School diploma

**Salary**: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Fujairah: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
