The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our financial health, driving financial planning, and ensuring the overall fiscal responsibility of the organization. Responsibilities: - Create the financial Strategy: Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational goals. - Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. - Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. - Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making. - Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Budget Management: Collaborate with departments to create and monitor budgets, providing insights and recommendations to achieve financial objectives. - Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and implement strategies to ensure liquidity and financial stability. - Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the organization's financial health is protected. - Preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards.
