Bridges & Allies Real Estate Broker is currently hiring highly motivated and professional **Property Consultants**.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years’ experience as a local or International Real Estate broker is desirable but not necessary; Ideally you have previous sales experience.
- You are passionate about Real Estate and Sales.
- You are a person with great communication and relationship-building skills with high level of personal responsibility and integrity.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- UAE Driving License preferred but not essential.
- RERA certification will be an advantage.
- You are willing to work on a Commission only pay structure.

**What your day at Bridges and Allies Real Estate will look like**
- You are actively maximizing the portfolio of sales and rental listings and built new landlord/sellers’ relationship through cold calling, local presence, social media, etc.
- You are providing guidance and are assisting clients purchasing or leasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, while developing an ethical approach and understanding the property market with a focus on the area assigned.
- You are building long term relationships with new and existing customers to facilitate sales.
- You are contacting sellers and landlords to offer support and advice with their current needs.
- You stay up to date with the property market.
- You maintain a regular contact with previous, current, and future clients.
- You are updating records on the CRM regularly.
