- Demonstrates knowledge on Customer Service.
- Exhibits understanding on Service Excellence and Compliant Management.
- Keeps the Receptionist Supervisor fully informed on the condition of his/her job assignment and on all the important factors influencing it.
- Receives service users and visitors in a welcome and courteous manner.
- Fixes appointments for patients; keep accurate records of the same; ensure that the concerned people are informed in advance and make necessary arrangements.
- Receives and dispatch incoming and outgoing mail or call in the department.
- Coordinates with departmental staff for the smooth running of the daily operations on a timely manner.
- Liaise with all staff as required.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Obtain information details of the patient for registration and update the patient data on the HIS.
- Ensure the entire requirement for patient data entry is complete and correct.
- Ensure patients are informed of any possible waiting times and that the patient is comfortable while waiting to be seen.
- Make appointments and follow up appointments for the patient after the treatment or consultation and ensure that the patient is satisfied with the service.
- Maintains a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
- Displays confidence and a positive attitude in performing duties and responsibilities.
- Respects persons served rights and responsibilities.

**Salary**: From AED2,000.00 per month
