Dubai, United Arab Emirates Air Medical 24x7 Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the reach of our Air Ambulance and private charter transfer services.
- Collaborate with hospitals and medical institutions to establish partnerships and referral networks.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and agreements to clients and stakeholders.
- Assist team members and senior management in planning meetings, coordinating schedules, and drafting proposals and agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business growth areas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, business development activities, and progress in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to the management team on sales performance, market insights, and business development initiatives.
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and industry events to network, promote the company's services, and identify potential leads.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients, build relationships, and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Sound understanding of the healthcare industry, preferably with knowledge of Air Ambulance and medical transportation services.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings and industry events.
