The responsibilities of a **Business Development Executive - ICT **Sales would be to manage a variety of accounts depending on the requirement of the company, maintain and establish new business relationships within the accounts. Each customer account can vary in demands and the BDE may work with Technology managers for one project and a media department for another project etc.

Further responsibilities of the BDE will include but not limiting to,
- Leverages market research materials, customer and employee insights and other sources, to identify industry trends, needs and opportunities. Select from and uses marketing tools appropriate to the allocated assignment
- Develop and enhance effective customer relationships at executive levels and qualifies new sales leads. Maintain customer contact during and after the selling process to pre-empt any issues and identify further opportunities.
- Design and implement sales strategies and works with reporting manager to implement sales plans. Understand customer and needs, Responds to existing sales leads and identifies and qualifies new leads and prospects with a view to developing a pipeline of potential opportunities.
- Bid management, value analysis, negotiation, presentation and preparation of contracts. Monitors and reports on quota, performance, customer satisfaction, market intelligence and competitors. Contribute to the development and training of sales teams and product/service development.
- Provide customer service, including technical advice and guidance on all matters bearing on the successful use of complex products and services. Help customers to clarify their requirements; documents the conclusions reached, and contributes to preparing and supporting bids and sales proposals.
- Initiate and influences relationships with and between key stakeholders.
- Ensures that reliable cost, effort and risk estimates and project plans are produced.

Requirements,
- Minimum Experience: 4 years’ experience in Information Technology industry selling Data Centre, Compute and Storage, Cyber Security, Collaboration, Enterprise Network Solutions etc in GCC (mandatory)
- Diploma or Higher relevant qualification in Information Technology or Business Administration
- Excellent communication skills.
- **Oman/ GCC Driving License (mandatory)**:
