**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement a clear and structured framework for business development to achieve company goals.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities locally in line with the company's strategic direction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders and potential customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends and opportunities within the MENA and Global regions.
- Collaborate across teams within the organization
- Negotiate and close business deals, managing all aspects from initiation to completion.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Work closely with the product and management team to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress and results to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable track record experience in business development, sales, or a related area, preferably within sustainability or cleantech industries.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events locally and within the region.
