**Responsibilities**:

- Instructing ballet classes for students of various ages and skill levels
- Creating and implementing lesson plans that align with the institute's curriculum
- Providing constructive feedback to help students improve their technique and artistry
- Choreographing and staging performances for recitals and showcases
- Fostering a positive and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

- Professional training in ballet with a strong foundation in classical techniques
- Previous experience teaching ballet to students of different ages and skill levels
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential
- A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of dance education

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in dance or related field (preferred)
- Certification in ballet instruction (preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
