We are looking for a Dance Manager.

Location: Dubai / HO

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role in a dance or performing arts institution.
  3. Proficient in ballet.
  4. Excellent leadership abilities to oversee and support dance teachers across multiple branches.
  5. Experience in scheduling, class allocation, and resource management to optimize teachers' schedules.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Able to provide constructive feedback, resolve conflicts, and maintain clear, positive communication.
  8. Ability to assess and implement quality improvements in dance programs.
  9. Performance and Event Coordination skills.

We offer:

  1. 2 years contract / 5 working days.
  2. Salary to be discussed after final interview with the Hiring manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the development and implementation of teachers' development programs and training, ballet class plan, dance events (concerts, competitions, performances, open classes, etc.), career plan for teachers, teachers' progress improvement, and dance strategic planning.
  2. Training ballet teachers.
  3. Responsible for the Dance Department KPI's and aims, outcomes, teachers' performance, classes schedule, activities, year calendar, teachers recruitment, dance suppliers, etc.
