We are seeking a passionate and experienced Arabic Chef to join our vibrant team at Spark Residance. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing authentic Arabic dishes that delight our guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain a high-quality menu featuring both classic and modern Arabic cuisine.
- Prepare dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a reputable hotel kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of hygiene and safety.
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
