**What's the Role?**:
The Regional LEAN Manager for Middle East, Turkey & Africa (META), is responsible for developing, implementing and driving LEAN programs across all areas of the business within the region.

You will build a LEAN program cross-functionally, within a multi-national environment. We are looking for someone who has the potential, and the desire, to continue to pursue an international career to higher management levels.

**What does the role involve?**:

- As our LEAN Manager, you are responsible for developing and aligning LEAN initiatives with all departments, ensuring the implementation of agreed targets and roadmaps according to Hilti’s LEAN program. You will monitor, track and audit processes and the progress of LEAN, to ensure continuous improvement, while also identifying cross-department (Logistics, Finance, Sales, HR, Marketing) topics to conduct improvement projects, leading to strong business outcomes.
- You will work across the entire META organization to qualify, enable and coach team members to drive LEAN, by developing and conducting training programs and knowledge management to develop skills and promote a LEAN mind-set. You will be a change agent in driving LEAN to the next level by working with all stakeholders, to ensure the best solutions in line with Hilti’s strategy.Hilti stands for innovation. **What you need is**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree is a requirement, a MBA or relevant Masters is a plus
- Minimum 3 years working experience in LEAN, with demonstrable experience of LEAN concepts and LEAN tools and methods
- Leadership experience (direct or indirect), with a track record in project management and LEAN implementation
- Evidence of acting as a strategic business partner through influencing and interacting with stakeholders across a matrix organization
- Proficiency in English - written and verbal
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to structure clear presentations and simplify a message
- A proactive approach in identifying external trends and acting as change agent
- High cultural awareness with an adaptive leadership style
- To be geographically flexible, with the willingness and ability to travel
