**Role Description**

This is a part-time on-site position for a CHRP & CHRM Certified Trainer located in Abu Dhabi, Emirate.

**Qualifications**
- CHRP & CHRM Certification is required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in delivering human resources and business management training programs at corporate level
- Expertise in developing and implementing training methodologies and evaluating their effectiveness
- Ability to customize and design training and development programs tailored to corporate requirements
- Knowledgeable of learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic will be a added advantage
- UAE work experience preferred.
