Position: Techno-Functional Analyst
Location: Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates
Experience: Minimum 7 Years in banking (5 years in GTB Products and Cash Management system)
Employment Type: 10 months extendable
Number of positions: 1
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Production support for Collections, Host to Host and other Cash Management systems.
- Develop MIS reports for Cash management systems up on customer and GTB request.
- Responsibility for initiating, managing, closing the projects and all processes such as quality/control, communication, stakeholder management, people leadership, and knowledge harvesting.
- Lead in closing the Audit, Risk and compliance observations.
- Support requests of information, dashboards, MBLs and adhoc reports related to assigned systems.
- Maintain the service level of vendors support and quality of development.
- Technical skills:

- Programming and SQL language
- Crystal reports
- Advance excel, word and PowerPoint skills.
- Technical Analysis and Business analysis
- Technical deployments in WebSphere
- Unix/Windows server management
- Experience in version control systems
- Knowledge in SFTP and File Transfer tools like Go Anywhere/TIBCO etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with IT specialists (e.g., IT security, network infrastructure teams, Unix, Windows etc.)

Specialist Skills
- Understanding of Cash management products, their workflow and life cycle.
- Experience of working on Collections, Host to Host and/or other Cash Management GTB Products.
- Hands on experience of implementation, configuration and support of Cash Management system (Preferably Collections/Host to Host and Corporate banking Cash management systems).
- Proven track record of working experience with Cash management implementations and solution delivery.
- Experience in UAT and stakeholder management.
- Results-oriented individual and is able to work under pressure.
