- Service provider should be providing end to end support of technical and functional aspects of SAP Ariba P2P
- The resources should have good experience in integration SAP Ariba with Oracle ERP system.
- Experience in data mapping of interfaces between SAP Ariba and Oracle ERP system.
- Experience on error handling mechanism
- End to end handling of manual files and automated files
- Good understanding on PR, PO, Invoices and Receipts functionalities.
- Responsible for proactive support and maintenance of SAP Ariba P2P
- Ensures that all documentation is proactively updated to reflect current systems and processes.
- Provide expertise on Integration Tool Kit (ITK) middleware
- Provide expertise on middleware technologies, SOAP Web Services and SOA architecture.
- Managing all technical requirements/issues during the support phase
- Maintaining the ARIBA integration solution architecture
- Ensuring compliance with IT & Security processes and policies
- Creation of technical specification documents
- Facilitate integration testing
- Integration job monitoring, status reporting and communications
- Managing the technical issue list, weekly reports and communications
- Changes configured to Delegation of Authority Matrix for workflow Approval
- Running reports
- Support for regular upgrades from SAP Ariba. Support will be provided in co-ordination with SAP Ariba and customer teams, unit testing of the solution.
- Technical configurations changes.

**Education & experience**:

- Expertise on SAP Ariba P2P cloud
- Expertise on SAP Ariba ITK tool
- Good experience on Unix shell scripts
- Good experience on integration with Oracle ERP system
- Experience on Security will be plus
- Experience on SOA architecture and SOAP Web Services
- Engineering or master degree in IT
- Worked on at least 4 to 5 implementation
- 5+ years of experience on SAP Ariba P2P product
- Good experience on configuration of P2P product
- Worked on at least 4 to 5 implementations
- Engineering or master’s degree in IT

**Functional Scope**:

- Functional consultant on SAP Ariba Buying and invoicing and associate cloud solution
- Educate customer on SAP Ariba cloud solutions
- Drive “Best in class” business processes implementation on SAP Ariba cloud solutions
- Resource should act as a liaison between customers and various groups within Ariba such as Technical Support, Engineering, and Product Management.
- Experience with Ariba ITK a plus
- Experience on the production support, including problem identification, ticket documentation, and customer and vendor relations.
- Resolve customer queries in Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, SIPM and P2P
- Help in Ariba configuration changes, enhancement and customization
- Provide support to buyers and end users with process or system issues
- Conduct user training or workshops to solve queries and improve adoption
- Consult and mange workflow Changes in the existing workflows
- Update Alerts and Notification
- Prepare functional specs for on-going development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, new features and upgrades
- Guide business process and configuration design choices based on knowledge of Ariba capabilities and constraints
- Facilitate user testing
- Ensuring compliance with IT & Security processes and policies
- Status reporting and communications
- Propose new system features which are value additions and provide impact analysis
