Carpenter (Civil)

**We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Carpenter to join our team**

In this role, you will be responsible for the construction, erection, repair, and dismantling of formwork for concrete structures and foundations within the civil construction industry. You will work closely with senior carpenters to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Construct, erect, repair, and dismantle built-in-place or prefabricated formwork for concrete structures or foundations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction plans to understand project requirements and material needs.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using hand and power tools to build or modify formwork components.
- Assemble and fasten formwork using appropriate techniques, such as nails, screws, glue, and dowel pins.
- Ensure proper alignment and fit of formwork to create a sturdy and leak-proof mold for concrete pouring.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and housekeeping protocols.
- Assist with concrete pouring and finishing tasks as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with other construction professionals, including laborers, concrete workers, and supervisors.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Carpenter in the civil construction industry (or relevant field) is preferred.
- understanding of formwork construction principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Strong work ethic, with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
