**Build with us We are searching for a skilled Civil Mason to join our growing construction team**

In this role, you will play a vital part in constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures using brick, concrete block, stone, and other masonry materials. You will work on various civil construction projects, ensuring top-notch quality and adherence to project specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Construct of walls, floors, foundations, and other structures using brick, concrete block, stone, and related materials.
- Mix and prepare mortar and other masonry materials according to specifications.
- Cut, shape, and lay bricks, blocks, and stones precisely, following established patterns and ensuring level and plumb alignment.
- Point and finish masonry surfaces to achieve a clean and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety regulations and housekeeping protocols.
- Operate and maintain various masonry tools and equipment, including trowels, levels, hammers, chisels, and power tools.
- Collaborate effectively with other construction professionals, such as laborers, carpenters, and supervisors.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Civil Mason or Bricklayer (or relevant field) is preferred.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong understanding of masonry construction principles and techniques, including laying patterns, mortar mixing, and jointing.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Experience with different types of masonry materials, including brick, block, and stone.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and efficiency.
