**General Accounting**:

- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
- Conduct variance analysis and report findings to management.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.

**Compliance and Auditing**:

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Assist with external audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.

**Support and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
- Provide support for tax filings and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the senior accountant or accounting manager.

**Qualifications**:
**Bilingual Proficiency (Arabic and English)**

**Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.**

**1-2 years of accounting experience preferred.**

**Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**

**Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.**

**Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.**

**Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.**

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

**Language**:

- Fluent Arabic & English (required)
