Urgently in need **HK supervisor for a Hotel in Sharjah** with experience in Hotel Industry. Energetic, with ability to handle multitasking job. Can join immidiatley.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Ø Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel.

Ø Ensuring that rooms are made as per company standard.

Ø Maintaining per stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.

Ø Organizing inventories with Accounts and General Store for linen, uniform and fixed assets.

Ø Organizing pest eradication activities for all the rooms.

Ø Developing and implementing Housekeeping systems and procedures.

Ø Preparing reports for management information.

Ø Assisting Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping.

Ø Planning, controlling and supervising Horticultural activities.

Ø Attending and resolving guest complaints.

Ø Verification of supplies consignments.

Ø Approval of the Functional Manual of the department.

Ø Organizing daily briefing for housekeeping staff.

Ø Coordinating the preventive maintenance schedule of rooms and public area with maintenance department.

Ø Immediately attending to guest requests.

**Salary**: AED1.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- supervisor: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- english (preferred)
