Accueillir les clients au moment de leur arrivée et les aider à décharger leurs articles en toute sécurité. Effectuer la livraison de la lessive et des vêtements aux chambres. Ce poste exige d’excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de la disponibilité pour travailler selon un horaire flexible. Répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients, de la réception et des agents À votre service. S’assurer de la propreté de la lessive et du nettoyage à sec et en surveiller l’apparence. Remplir correctement tous les billets de valet afin d’offrir une manipulation adéquate. Coordonner l’ensemble des réparations avec les personnes appropriées et ramasser pour livraison lorsque cela est achevé.

Suivre toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel; protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication; préparer et réviser des documents écrits de manière précise et complète; répondre au téléphone en utilisant l’étiquette appropriée. Développer et maintenir des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Se conformer aux attentes et aux normes d’assurance qualité. Atteindre les objets au-dessus de la tête, se plier, faire des rotations du corps, tirer et se baisser; déplacer, soulever ou porter des objets pesant jusqu’à 10 livres (4,5 kg); être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. S’acquitter d’autres tâches raisonnables, à la demande des superviseurs.

QUALIFICATIONS RECOMMANDÉES

Niveau d’études: Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalence de niveau secondaire.

Expérience de travail connexe: Au moins 1 an d’expérience de travail connexe.

Expérience de supervision: Aucune expérience de supervision.

Permis ou certification: Aucune
