The ICT Department within the UASG are a diverse & effective team that strives for organizational continuity with best-in-class results. Overall the IT Department at UASG provides various IT services to the Head office and all UASG group subsidiaries (automotive, food & beverage, construction, joinery, real estate, facilities management and more).

**You**:
**As an Odoo technical consultant, your primary responsibility is to help clients design, develop, and implement customized solutions using the Odoo software platform. Your duties may include**:
1. Analyzing client requirements: You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements that can be implemented using Odoo.
2. Designing and developing customized solutions: You will be responsible for developing custom modules, workflows, and reports using Python and Odoo's framework.
3. Configuring and customizing Odoo modules: You will configure and customize pre-existing Odoo modules to fit clients' requirements.
4. Providing technical support and maintenance: You will provide technical support to clients to troubleshoot issues and ensure the smooth functioning of their Odoo installations.
5. Testing: You will work with clients to test customized solutions and ensure they meet their needs.
6. Training: You may be responsible for training end users on how to use Odoo and its various modules.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Odoo development.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Proficient understanding of the Odoo framework across multiple versions.
- Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL database management.
- Excellent Experience working with XML, qWeb, and Excel Reporting & dashboards.
- Familiarity with Linux-flavored operating systems.
