We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our dynamic team, focusing primarily on editing podcasts, business interviews, and online training content. This role involves crafting both long-form content and engaging short clips tailored for social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Editing Content**: Efficiently edit long-form videos, such as podcasts and interviews, ensuring a seamless narrative flow.
- **Creating Short-Form Videos**: Produce compelling short videos from longer content for social media engagement.
- **Audio-Visual Quality Assurance**: Ensure high-quality audio and video output, aligning with our brand's standard.
- **Collaborative Work**: Work closely with the production team to maintain consistency and quality across all projects.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in French is mandatory.
- **Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in video editing software and knowledge of video editing techniques.
- **Experience with Professional Equipment**: Familiarity with our recording setup, including Blackmagic cameras, Atem mini iso pro, Rodecaster 2, SM7b mics, etc.
- **Creativity and Storytelling**: Strong ability to tell a story visually and engage an audience through video.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail in both visual and audio editing.
- **Time Management**: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Additional Requirements**
- **Educational Background**: A degree in Film, Media, Communication, or related field is preferred.
- **Work Experience**: Previous experience in editing podcasts, interviews, or similar content is highly desirable.
