**Department Overview**:
Finance function is responsible for managing the organization's financial resources globally, including budgeting, accounting, taxation, treasury, compliance and risk. The goal of the department is to optimize financial performance and ensure financial stability while maximizing profits.

**Job Purpose**:
The FBO billing executive will be responsible for validating, processing, and posting FBO related customer and supplier invoices accurately while following established procedures. They will also communicate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain information or resolve issues related to the invoices.

**Job Duties & Accountabilities**:

- Validate, process and post customer and supplier invoices for FBO trips based on established procedures and special instructions. VAT applicability to be taken into account while processing invoices.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain information related to invoices or resolution of issues

**Compliance-related duties**:

- Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role.
- The employee is expected to exercise their duty of care and must be aware of their health and safety responsibilities, accountability and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization.

**Skills, Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Qualification**: Bachelor's degree

**Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in billing or data-entry roles.

**Skillset**:

- Knowledge of ERP software
- Proficient in data-entry

**Personal Skills**:

- Attention-to-detail
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
