Adhere to the Duty Plan and safety guidelines to meet the needs of the daily operations and special/additional events.
- Adherence and flexibility with duty roster/schedule whenever required.
- Ensure the stations and bikes for cleanliness, safety, and operability.
- Carry out basic repetitive tasks such as cleaning parts, passing tools, preparing bikes for use, etc.
- Report identified repairs accurately for bike mechanics.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Provide positive customer interactions in the field and assist with registration, renting, or returning of bikes.
- Work closely with Mechanics to ensure bikes are available and properly functioning.
- Timely acknowledgment of Customer complaints on Slack and respond once completed.
- This position may require frequent or prolonged standing, sitting, bicycling, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 30 kg.

- Ability to communicate, read and write English.

- Ability to follow instructions and execute assigned tasks.
- Willingness to work on holidays (when required).
- Must be able to have the ability to work various shifts, as assigned.
- Enthusiastically adapt to changes in the work environment
- Follow instructions, respond to management direction, communicate frequently, and regularly share feedback to improve performance

Pay: AED1,350.00 per month
