The Bike Rebalancer team promotes positive customer experiences, escalating customer comments or concerns to appropriate staff, and ensuring bike availability at all of the stations in the assigned communities. They should be passionate, efficient, and detail oriented. A Bike Rebalancer must be able to drive a trailer bike within the assigned communities. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions. In addition, a qualified Bike Rebalancer is expected to work independently, use a mobile device to track and record information, and guarantee stations are safe and clean. They inspire customer confidence in the Careem BIKE network through direct interactions with system users while maintaining desirable levels of bike availability and station functionalit.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to the Duty Plan and safety guidelines to meet the needs of the daily operations and special/additional events.
- Adherence and flexibility with duty roster/schedule whenever required.
- Ensure the stations and bikes for cleanliness, safety, and operability.
- Carry out basic repetitive tasks such as cleaning parts, passing tools, preparing bikes for use, etc.
- Report identified repairs accurately for bike mechanics.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Provide positive customer interactions in the field and assist with registration, renting, or returning of bikes.
- Work closely with Mechanics to ensure bikes are available and properly functioning.
- Timely acknowledgment of Customer complaints on slack and respond once completed.
- This position may require frequent or prolonged standing, sitting, bicycling, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 30 kgs.

Ability to communicate, read and write English. - Maintain a positive attitude within the team and work environment. - Willingness to work outdoors. - Respect cultural differences. - Ability to follow instructions and execute assigned tasks. - Willingness to work on holidays (when required). - Must be able to have the ability to work various shifts, as assigned. - Enthusiastically adapt to changes in the work environment - Follow instructions, respond to management direction, communicate frequently, and regularly share feedback to improve performance. - Effective communication and knowing how to maintain confidentiality. - Willing to involve in additional responsibility

**Salary**: AED1,100.00 - AED1,350.00 per month
